The Installation Process

-
A technician will meet with you at your home to discuss your current system’s performance and any issues you currently have. Based on that information, as well as an on-site inspection, our knowledgeable technician will make recommendations about the best HVAC systems for your home or office.
-
Our trained technicians deliver a personalized, interactive proposal that includes recommended system options, product literature, and videos—giving you clear, confident choices for your home.
-
Once you’ve selected the equipment and have accepted your quote, your equipment will be ordered, a deposit or financinging application process will be started, and a convenient installation date will be set.
-
On the day of your appointment, you will be notified when the technician is in route. Our technician will use booties and floor covering to ensure your home is left the way it was found. And, once completed, the tech will go over your thermostat and paperwork, and answer any questions you have.
-
Let us take care of everything. Once your system is installed, we’ll register your manufacturer’s warranty and provide you with a copy for your records. In addition, we include a one-year labor warranty, with extended labor warranty options—including up to a 10-year limited warranty—available for an additional fee.
-
We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with both our services and your equipment, so we’ll follow up within a few days to gather your feedback.
