The Inflation Reduction Act includes energy efficiency incentives for homeowners that choose ENERGY STAR®-certified systems.

Effective 01/01/2023, eligible homeowners may qualify for:

✅ Up to $600 for qualifying air conditioners or furnaces
✅ Up to $2,000 for qualifying heat pumps
✅ Credits available through 2032 (reduced rates begin in 2033)

    • Must be an existing home and principal residence

    • New construction and rentals do not apply
